Your recruiting team is busy supporting funded, open requirements for the work that you have already won.  Sourcing for key personnel for new proposals sometimes taxes a very busy recruiting team. We can take the pressure off by sourcing, vetting and submitting candidates for your key personnel roles as you pursue new business with the federal government. There is a much smaller upfront recruiting fee for each key personnel resume accepted for use in your proposal.

The fees for eventual placement on the contract should your firm prevail, are standard direct hire placement fees minus the key personnel recruiting fee.
