Our recruiting process includes the following vital steps:
After and in-depth review of the position to be filled, we perform a deep review of candidate resumes identifying core skills that match your role.
We speak directly to the candidate for in-depth screening. We utilize Technical professionals to do higher level technical screen should this be required.
We scan professional and social media activity, as needed.
Assess communication skills, including grammar and spelling.
We are careful to screen for ”tire kickers”, and those that are not 100% committed to making a job change. We've all had candidates back out at the last minute for unacceptable reasons. We do our best to avoid those candidates as they are a time waster for everybody.
