How We Do What We Do

Our recruiting process includes the following vital steps:

  • After and in-depth review of the position to be filled, we perform a deep review of candidate resumes identifying core skills that match your role.

  • We speak directly to the candidate for in-depth screening. We utilize Technical professionals to do higher level technical screen should this be required. 

  • We scan professional and social media activity, as needed.

  • Assess communication skills, including grammar and spelling.

  • We are careful to screen for ”tire kickers”, and those that are not 100% committed to making a job change. We've all had candidates back out at the last minute for unacceptable reasons. We do our best to avoid those candidates as they are a time waster for everybody.
